§ 78-41. Sales contrary to article requirements.

No person shall sell or convey any lot in any plat by reference thereto until such plat has been duly recorded in the office of the county register of deeds. Any sale of or option or contract to sell land subdivided contrary to the provisions of this article shall be voidable.
