§ 78-43. Filing fees.

The proprietor shall pay a filing fee to the city treasurer at the time a preliminary plat is filed with the commission. Such fee shall be established by resolution of the city council and shall cover the cost of advertising and notices for public hearings, cost of checking statements, and cost of recording the approved plat.
