§ 78-103. Council action.

  • (a)

    The council shall review all recommendations of the commission and take action to approve or disapprove the final plat. After the council has approved the final plat, no changes, other than changes or additions of required signatures, shall be made therein unless the plat is resubmitted for review and approval. Upon approval of the final plat by the council, the subsequent approvals shall follow the procedure set forth in the Platting Act.

    (b)

    When evidence of completion of required improvements or deposits or performance guarantee has been received by the clerk, he shall transcribe a certificate of approval of the council on the plat and deliver it to the clerk of the county plat board.
